Designing trust: why UX matters for digital identity wallets

Thursday 8 October · 14:30–15:00 · Room B · Everyday use, adoption & inclusion

About this session

Identity wallets will change how people prove who they are, what they are entitled to and what they choose to share. While the infrastructure is being built, designers can shape how trust, consent, privacy and control are experienced. Why design must be involved now, before technical and policy decisions are fixed, and how to make identity experiences understandable, inclusive and meaningful.
