Project Flow! explore comment l'identité numérique européenne et le portefeuille d'identité peuvent rendre les services publics plus simples et plus humains autour d'événements clés de la vie, comme le passage à 18 ans ou la perte d'un proche. Le partage de données sécurisé et de confiance réduit la charge administrative, donne aux citoyens plus de contrôle sur leurs données et améliore la collaboration entre les prestataires de services publics et privés.
