"Who knows, maybe next year you'll be better." That is what a young man with Duchenne was told when his personal care budget was reassessed. A father had to refuse an assessment twice for his son's parking permit. In a short film, two parents tell what it does to you to keep proving the same thing. Then we show live how it can work instead: the municipality asks for a conclusion rather than the file, the resident gets it from his own health data with Cluis, and shares it from his wallet. Proven once is proven. With the City of Nijmegen, Cluis, Zodos and DPP.
